And as a partner at SynergyStays, a short term rental revenue management optimization company (that also does full service short term rental management in the Charleston area), Dan and his partners have helped clients build wealth through strategic and effective strategies to optimize their gross revenue outperforming their market average.

 

Dan's career began in large-scale property management in Tampa and later the greater Boston area, where he oversaw over 5,000 residential units and managed more than $15 million in projects. His extensive knowledge of the real estate market has allowed him to successfully transition into short-term rental management, where he and his partners are passionate about empowering clients to maximize their investment returns.

 

An investor himself, Dan owns over $5 million in real estate assets including short and long term rentals, commercial buildings and also invests in syndications. His strong values of hard work, integrity, and exceptional client service drive every aspect of his business. His mission is to help people build wealth and work their way to financial freedom.

 

Dan enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, being around other entrepreneurs and exploring the great outdoors. He is also dedicated to giving back, serving on the board of IMPACT, a Charleston-based nonprofit focused on youth development through education, and actively supporting organizations such as St. Jude's and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
